I had the pleasure of taking Miss Khloe’s 2 year old pictures a couple of weeks ago. She is such a sweet little girl. Not to mention, very cute! We went to the duck pond, but she was more interested in chasing the ducks than getting her pictures taken, so we gave up and went downtown. By the end of the shoot, she was posing herself and being a little ham. Thanks Scott and Khloe for letting me capture this special time!

My grandma made these vests for the boys and found all the accessories for them. She has been wanting me to get pictures, but it has been very crazy around here. The boys and I went into Collinsville this afternoon and got some good pics for her. I love these outfits. The boys had so much fun on this shoot. They actually didn’t want to leave!

I had the pleasure of doing a family session today with a wonderful family. Although I had forgotten how challenging a two and a half year old could be, we had a great time. I think Brady’s parents were a little tired by the time we got done, but it was well worth every minute of it. We ended up with some great shots today! Peyton does want to know when he can go see Brady again. Thank you Kimberlee and Brad for letting me capture this special time for you! Enjoy the sneak peek!

After attempting to take our family pictures twice already, I promised all “three boys” this would be the last time they would have to dress up and take family pictures for awhile. We headed downtown, but our favorite spot had a ton of people there already. We found a new spot and it was perfect. Of course, the best family picture of the day was “ruined” because someone little boy (Peyton) decided to open his mouth as wide as he could and do a goofy smile. Needless to say, we ended up with some good shots and I finally have a good family picture! Enjoy some of our favorites from today. The boys did great and posed themselves for the majority of these.

When I woke up and looked outside this morning, I was so disappointed because it was raining. My friend Amanda has been looking forward to getting her son’s 2 year old pictures done for a long time now. Of course, it is raining the day of the shoot. It ended up being a beautiful day outside, so I called her up to see if she wanted to take some pictures this afternoon. She was more than happy to go. Mason loved the train, but he was more interested in watching the train than looking at me. I forgot how much 2 year olds have a mind of their own. Mason definitely made me work for what we got today, but he is such a sweetie. Thank you Amanda for letting me capture this important time for you!

I had so much fun taking pictures of Brandon, Krystal, and the boys today. They definitely kept us entertained! I had to do a sneak peek of some of my favorite pics of the day. Gannon and Koen are so funny! Here are some of my favorite “funny” poses of the day along with a cute one of the boys!

I had the privilege of photographing my friend Penny’s family again this year. Last year when we did Christmas pictures it was freezing cold out, miserable, and the kids were ready to go eat. This year the weather outside was perfect and besides Madeline having to go potty and the train blowing it’s horn and scaring her, everything was great. Brandon looked so grown up and handsome in his outfit and Madeline was absolutely adorable. Penny informed me that neither one of them liked their outfits, but I thought they looked great. This family is so fun and easy to photograph. Thanks for letting me capture your portraits again!

I took Zeke’s very first portrait when he was only a month old, so I was thrilled when his mom called and wanted me to do his 1st birthday pictures. He is such a sweet little boy who loves to be OUTSIDE! Thanks to his sister, Abby, and my two boys we got some great images of Zeke. I’m not really sure who ended up eating more cake, Zeke or the older kids. Thank you Cassie and Joe for letting me capture this milestone. Here’s a few images from the session.

Melissa works at my dentist office, and asked me to take family photos for her family. Brantley was a little shy at first, but quickly opened up to me. I had so much fun with this family and they have been waiting very patiently to see their images. Thanks Melissa and Greg for letting me capture your family portraits!
