Taylor is my 2013 Senior Representative from Union High School. She will be the editor for the yearbook this school year. I had fun on this session with Taylor, her sister, and her mom despite the fact it was extremely hot outside. Next time I will check the Drillers schedule to make sure they are not having a baseball game. I am sure her mom thought I was totally crazy as many times as I had to turn around and almost had us going down one-way streets the wrong way. I can’t wait do Taylor’s fall session and indoor session! Enjoy the sneak peek. It was hard to choose just a few to put on here. Taylor is beautiful and very photogenic!

Dotti, her mom, and I headed to Tulsa to get the first session of her senior pictures taken yesterday. It was extremely windy out, but we got some good shots. Dotti is such a natural and we had so much fun. I am so glad that she is my senior representative this year. We have several more sessions to do, but here are a few of my favorites from this first session.

I had the opportunity to take some pictures of Niko this past weekend. We had a hard time with the sun, but ended up with some great shots. My youngest son loves Niko and asked me if he could have a picture of her to put in his room. As of right now, I just have to show him her pictures everyday. I hope you all enjoy!

I had the pleasure of photographing my friend’s family back before Christmas. She didn’t want me to share these right away because they were going to be gifts. With the craziness of things around here lately, I am finally getting these uploaded. Thanks again John and Brandi for letting me capture this precious time for you!

I had the pleasure of doing a family session today with a wonderful family. Although I had forgotten how challenging a two and a half year old could be, we had a great time. I think Brady’s parents were a little tired by the time we got done, but it was well worth every minute of it. We ended up with some great shots today! Peyton does want to know when he can go see Brady again. Thank you Kimberlee and Brad for letting me capture this special time for you! Enjoy the sneak peek!

After attempting to take our family pictures twice already, I promised all “three boys” this would be the last time they would have to dress up and take family pictures for awhile. We headed downtown, but our favorite spot had a ton of people there already. We found a new spot and it was perfect. Of course, the best family picture of the day was “ruined” because someone little boy (Peyton) decided to open his mouth as wide as he could and do a goofy smile. Needless to say, we ended up with some good shots and I finally have a good family picture! Enjoy some of our favorites from today. The boys did great and posed themselves for the majority of these.

When I woke up and looked outside this morning, I was so disappointed because it was raining. My friend Amanda has been looking forward to getting her son’s 2 year old pictures done for a long time now. Of course, it is raining the day of the shoot. It ended up being a beautiful day outside, so I called her up to see if she wanted to take some pictures this afternoon. She was more than happy to go. Mason loved the train, but he was more interested in watching the train than looking at me. I forgot how much 2 year olds have a mind of their own. Mason definitely made me work for what we got today, but he is such a sweetie. Thank you Amanda for letting me capture this important time for you!

I was very excited when Tyler’s mom, Jamie, contacted me a couple of months ago about taking Tyler’s senior portraits. Tyler moved to Berryhill during his 7th grade, and I had the pleasure of having him in my English class. Jamie and I had a mutal friend from Bartlesville, so unfortunately for Tyler at the time, his mom and I quickly got to know each other. It has been three and a half years since I have seen Tyler, and he has grown up a little bit since the last time I saw him. We had a lot of fun on the shoot and I can’t wait to do part II in a few weeks. If Berryhill makes it to state, maybe we will have snow on the ground by the time we do the next session. I think Tyler and his friend, Jasob, would entertain us all if we did the next session in the snow.
