Melissa works at my dentist office, and asked me to take family photos for her family. Brantley was a little shy at first, but quickly opened up to me. I had so much fun with this family and they have been waiting very patiently to see their images. Thanks Melissa and Greg for letting me capture your family portraits!

I had the opportunity to venture into commercial photographer this past summer. I received a call from Thermal Engineering about doing a shoot for them. I quickly accepted the offer, but really had no idea what I was going to be shooting. Randy had explained the process to me, but I had no idea what a process it would be until I got there and started shooting. The whole shoot lasted about 4 hours, but it was very interesting and fun. I would tell you exactly what the “big vessel” is, but I don’t know the real name of it. Sorry!

Kyle & Beth were married in Tulsa on June 20, 2009. Beth had to move her wedding date back twice, so she was very happy to finally be getting married! The wedding was held at a little church in Tulsa with the reception immediately following. Kyle and Beth were both were laid back and easy going. The wedding was very sweet! Thanks Kyle and Beth for letting me be a part of your day! Congrats!

Clay and Melanie were married June 13, 2009 in Bartlesville. I met this couple back in April when I did their engagement pictures. Clay’s sister had referred me and I was excited about capturing their wedding for them. The wedding ceremony was held outside at Evans Nursery. The flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and besides the heat everything else was perfect. After the beautiful ceremony, we headed over to the Elk’s Lodge for the reception. The evening was beautiful and everyone had a good time. Thank you Clay and Melanie for letting me capture this special day for you! Congrats!

Taylor is a senior at Bartlesville High School. I had the pleasure of taking senior pictures for Taylor’s brother last year, so when her mom contacted me this summer I was excited. Taylor is one of my senior reps for 2010, so this is just a sneak peek at her first session. Taylor will also be doing a fall, winter, and spring session with me. We were really looking forward to taking some pictures this summer at the waterfall, but when we got there it was turned off. We were all very disappointed that we didn’t get any waterfall shots, but we loved the shots we did get. Taylor enjoy the start of your senior year, and I will see you next month!

Adam and I attended a friend’s wedding in Broken Arrow back in May. Adam met Brendan through work, and they have been friends for five years now. Brendan and Jodie are two of the nicest people you will ever met. Although orange and black are “not allowed” in my house except for Halloween, I have to admit that I really did like Brendan’s wedding cake. We didn’t stay for the whole reception, but I managed to get a few shots of the cakes before we left. Congratulations Brendan and Jodie!
